The White Knights had a successful domestic campaign. They were crowned Egyptian Premier League champions again for the second consecutive year and beat Al Ahly to the 2021 Egypt Cup.
They are still looking to improve their ranks with the new continental campaign beginning soon.
Already, the club has signed a lot of players including Zakaria Elwardi from Raja and Ibrahima Ndiaye, ex-Wadi forward.
Mortada Mannsour, president of Zamalek, has announced that two additional players will be joining the team in the next season.
Mortada has named Nabil Dounga, a Pyramids midfielder, and Tala’a El-Gaish defender Mostafa El-Zenary as the players.
Mansour stated that he had prepared for Dounga to receive his deal money transfer even though he was injured with the national team.
“We also signed MostafaEl-Zenary, who is the best defender of Egypt. The two players will be joining our team but Dounga will travel first to receive medical treatment in Qatar.”
