User Content Policy

  • be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.
  • constitute or contain false or misleading statements of origin or facts.
  • be used to impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or relationship with any person (including giving the impression that such messages are from us).
  • contains material that is not relevant to the functional subject matter of the message; or
  • contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbot or other similar harmful programming programs.
  • We will determine in our sole discretion whether your use of our Services violates our Acceptable Use Policy or User Content Policy.
  • Failure to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy or our User Content Policy constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in us taking all or any of the following actions.
  • immediately, temporarily or permanently revoke your right to use our Services.
  • immediately, temporarily or permanently remove or edit any postings or material you upload to our Services.
  • issue a warning to you.
  • legal proceedings against you; and
  • disclose such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably believe is necessary.
  • We are not responsible for actions taken as a result of violations of our Acceptable Use Policy and our User Content Policy. The responses described in this policy are not limited and we may take any other action we reasonably consider appropriate.
  • Content submitted to our service may be generally accessible to the public and may be shared on social media platforms. By registering on our website, you consent to such access and sharing.
  • You will be liable for any damages, costs and other expenses incurred as a result of your intentional, reckless or negligent failure to comply with any restrictions on your use of our Services as set out in our Acceptable Use Policy and User Content Policy.

  • By posting any content through any messaging feature, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive and irrevocable right and licence to reproduce, prepare derivative works based on, distribute, perform or display such content in whole or in part, in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed. You waive all moral rights in such content.
  • You warrant that any Content you submit through our Services: (i) is your own original work or that you have otherwise obtained appropriate permission and that you have the right to use it for such purposes; (ii) does not infringe the rights of any third party; (iii) is not defamatory or in contempt of court; and (iv) is not unlawful and does not contain any obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory material.
