Leeds United FC have formally signed Jack Harrison from Manchester City FC in an official release.

Jack Harrison, 24, is an England-born winger who was signed by Manchester City from New York City in the winter of 2018 for a €4 million transfer fee. He was then loaned to Middlesbrough for half a season. For the next three seasons, Jack Harrison played on loan at Leeds United.In the 2018-2019 season, Harrison joined Leeds United on loan for the first time and made it to the Championship play-offs with the team.
In July 2019, Harrison returned to Leeds United to make history and win the Championship title with Marcelo Bielsa’s side. In his return to the Premier League, Harrison played a major role in every league game and scored six goals. Last season, the 24-year-old continued to progress and scored the club’s first top-flight goal in 16 years against Liverpool.
Harrison has been on a long loan spell with Manchester City at Leeds United where he has formed a good team bond with his teammates. During the season, Harrison has played 37 games in all competitions for Leeds United, starting 34 of them, scoring 8 goals and assisting 8 times. The progress made is clear for all to see.
Harrison has now officially signed a 3 year contract with Leeds United. The new contract will expire in June 2024. The transfer fee is reported to be around £11 million.It becomes Leeds United’s second signing of the summer, after Miller.
